Omer Idrees: Staff is great, management is horrible and rude. Someone please teach them how to smile. Very bad experience with the store manager and the garage manager. Plain unprofessional and uncourteous

Omer Idrees: The Timmy's is in the arrival area, so those departing passengers who want a Timmy before they fly, make sure you stop by the arrivals. Famous downtown Vasco de gama cafe has a branch in departures

Omer Idrees: T5 is the only worthwhile terminal. All other terminals are an absolute mess. However, all other terminals have smart gates :)
