Kevin P.Abril 1, 2012Axian: 一般福建安溪家庭都会在家里煮生面，生面就是没有事前煮过的面，生面下锅煮，煮到面条熟了、汤汁稍微糊了，一碗生面便可以上桌。这是安溪人从中国福建泉州原乡带来的家常面食。至于后来为什么会出现一道以乌鲁音命名的卤面，就要归功于福春记的创办人了。这种乌鲁音卤面一推出，随即吸引八方食客专程前来乌鲁音品尝，带起了一阵黑派卤面的风潮。而打着乌鲁音滷麵名号的餐馆，更是如雨后春笋般地四处冒起。Votación a favorVotación en contra- Kevin P.Abril 1, 2012Axian: 其中一家乌鲁音卤面的老字号便是福春记。在这家自1940年代就开始营业的老店里，同样有着黑与白两道面食，但却和根记的黑白双宝不同。其实这两种卤面都源自于中国闽南地区，北马卤面属于漳州做法。中南马卤面则与泉州煮法类似。至于乌鲁音卤面的煮法，其实跟中南马卤面一样，是将面条和汤汁一同煮，最后才勾芡，只是比较不同的是乌鲁音卤面还添加黑酱油和浙醋。
