Gotta get the Tuna Tarts and Crispy shrimp to start. Years later, still one one of my favorite sushi spots in the city.
Rock Shrimp Tempura, White Tuna Tataki, Lime Cured Halibut, Suppai, Toro, Sake, Inada. That is all. Best in SF. Period.
Not cheap, but probably the best traditional sushi in SF. Super friendly Japanese proprietors. Go with the Omakase and order a glass of fantastic Esshu sake! You will have a great night out!
The Omakase is excellent. Traditional Japanese chef taking a lot of pride in his craft. Have the Aji (Spanish Mackerel) sashimi if they have it.
