They have retired the greatest dish of all, the Reuben Mac, but every choice on the menu is a winner.
First-timers should try the pork and cabbage. Tender, moist, and flavorful. Perfectly seasoned. You will leave here satisfied! This is quickly becoming one of my favorite food trucks.

Andy is the man. This is the original food truck. If you like Korean food, you will love this truck. Bulgogi can be ordered "regular" aka boring or spicy. Portions are generous.

This bare-bones truck features an enormous smoker. Their brisket is moist and smoky, likely to even get the seal of approval from Texans.
Going to this popular truck requires a commitment of time and money. It's worth a try at least once, since the lobster is fresh and well-prepared.
Unfortunately, this truck died and went to the Food Truck Cemetery. It will be missed. If Sabor'a Street does come back, order the Arepa dish and split it with a friend. It comes with Yucca fries.
Tacos made to order with tasty meats. Breakfast tacos are great too! If you can't track down the food truck, venture out to the brick and mortar spot on Lee Hwy.
The pork sandwich comes with a wonderful sweet and savory orange sauce (I forget the name).
Order the double meat option for $2-3 more and you will definitely have enough for a lunch the next day, too.
Pro: The cheese is local! Pro: The cheese is fresh! Con: As someone obsessed with cheese, I don't like the bread-to-cheese ratio (more cheese please!). Con: sandwiches are pre-made, no adjustments.
The meat is pretty good but the value is in getting the entire meal. Comes with beans and bread. Not my favorite sides but most people enjoy it.

Long lines and a tad too expensive. All in all, if this is in Farragut, just walk over to Boqueria and have a sit down meal for the same quality, price, and time.
As someone who has been to Uruguay and eaten chivitos there, I can certainly tell you that this food truck is the real deal. SO good. Gotta get the steak.... marinated in mojo sauce....classic style.
The mini bag is enough to share with friends (notice the size of my hand compared to the bag). The Mount Vernon Maple Glaze is my favorite specialty flavor!
