- LainieFebrero 25, 2015Found the staff here (esp the bellhops) really friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping solved issues within half an hour. We came in Feb — quite a lot of ppl even if it's off-peak season now.

Shea Leen TeoMayo 1, 2013Super huge room with lotsa space. Weird that the bed was like 3ft high. Careful with toilets, ours had roaches. They're in the midst of refurbishing though. Pool was great with the slide ^_^

Очень грязный, убитый напрочь отель. Все стены ванной в плесени. Бассейн приятный, детям горки нравятся. Завтрак хороший, больше на обед похож. Есть супы и вторые блюда. Рядом магазин. Kalpanaa NairNoviembre 15, 2012Terrible service over here. They kept us waiting for hours to give us the keys to our rooms. They're particular when it comes to check in time and payment, but they do not live up to our expectations.
Eventhough it'll going to reprogressive to upgraded quality but Room rates still remains main factor of people staying here
Very very noisy hotel. Walls are like made of paper and due to the pool, there's a lot of annoying kids running and yelling around. If you're not one of them, avoid this!

1.not handicap friendly or for old ppl coz no lift. 2.everything very old n not well maintain.3.room toilet clogged!4.not much table for the breakfast crowd plus the food was so so..> to be countined>
