amNewYorkOctubre 25, 2011This is a popular spot for happy hour and beyond. There are 20 beers on tap and a full menu for lunch, brunch and dinner. Austin's offers OTB all day, every day.
Clams casino is my favorite appetizer even during weekend brunch, which has a great bread basket as well as Eggs Benedict.
Place is great and glad that they are participating in the outdoor dining with heating. Many business need it to help them survive. Wish every diner and restaurant would be good like this place

Erik CintronMarzo 17, 2018Best thing is the bar by the LIRR. The drinks are good the bar is always busy but good service and crowd Food is decent nothing special. They have deals throughout the week but parking is terrible.
The French onion soup is vegetarian-friendly and utterly amazing. The mushroom-based consommé and base is delicious! :)

Hard to get service on the patio. Our hostess was more attentive than the actual waitress. Had to call the restaurant from outside to request for refills and napkins. Btw that took 10 mins.
