"A wonderful place to eat breakfast/brunch! Thee French toast is a-freaking-mazing, as stated & prices are reasonable. There is usually a long wait & often, there are a lot of flies buzzing around :-/"

"The parking here, is beyond ridiculous. If you want an assigned covered parking spot, it's an extra $25/month. There are SO many EMPTY covered spots & NEVER any regular spots for residents! >:-["
