Since renovation, it's a great place to workout. You can't go wrong. It's very popular. Lots of machines, weights, TRX setups, etc.- While it does eem crowded this time of year soon the new year resolutioners will be gone and the new gym down on Plain street will be open so hang in there..great classes and staff!

New locker rooms are sweet! Huge steam rooms!
The new mens locker room is top notch, was very clean!- Bring your own water! Costs $2 to buy a water bottle with there logo on it at the gym......
- Love this gym, the renovations are looking great!
- Why close at 9 and 10 during the week? When Saturday closes at 6? Huh...... Sunday I can understand but Saturday doesn't make any sense!
Bob JohnsonMayo 31, 2014If I get sick I'm suing best fitness for not cleaning the steam room; when I was in the steam room someone admitted to having contagious disease, I told desk person but they said not his problem- The steam room is a great hangover cure!
