deestivFebrero 18, 2015Standard Best Western in a great location - close to airport and major highways making getting around easy, and also easy walking distance to trolley green line. The cafe is also good.

I don't know how people have issues. I've never had any. There is staff that has been here for years and very friendly
Clean & easy to deal with. I had no issues, & question the people who did. I don't smoke, so I like the fact that my room didn't smell all nasty.

Sean PeakeJunio 8, 2011The king suite is massive and has a HUGE private patio. The room is dated but has a couple 37"(?) flat screens.- Beware: Front desk staff is less than accommodating and even when you are a 'Preferred Guest or Military/Government' and book the rate & show your ID or Card they don't give you the Lounge Access!
- CAUTION: Stay here as a last option as not too sure how it is a Best Western (named) Property as it is really bad as NONE of the staff from Housekeeping to front desk want to do their jobs!
- Been staying here since I was 5years old. Love the staff and hotel. Totally recommend

- Out of the BW's in San Diego (Downtown & around the area) this is one I wanted to try as it is near my conference but I would suggest to look at other BW properties as this one is not the top choice!
Wi-fi sucks. Cannot maintain a connection.
Little HoovesDiciembre 23, 2010The management here are rude. They'll threaten to fine you $500 if you smoke in the rooms and will even fight with you when you didn't smoke in the rooms and threaten to call the police. SKIP IT!
