A reminder for the self centered among us. When class ends, there is usually another class after it and 30 minutes in between, try to cut your rest to 15 min. And let other prepare for their session!- If there is a fountain of youth, it is Bikram Yoga! A secret to surviving is to breathe through your nose not your mouth and come hydrated.
- I love the instructors and above all, while taking turns with my wife have quality alone time with my daughter!
