Kopi Luwak in v60. (Free-range farm)Cheapest cup of civet coffee in the city (as far as I know). They offer single region coffee if you guys are into specialty coffee.
Roast beef at PhP100! The roast beef was perfectly tender and the mashed potato was so good! The sauce was perfectly seasoned but a bit congealed. I would still recommend this because it tastes good!
- Their paksiw na liempo is melt in your mouth tender and is served with crispy salted dried fish, a nice counterpoint which keeps the dish from becoming cloyingly sweet! #extrariceplease
