Eat lots of healthy meats like tuna, chicken, pork to get protein and iron levels up. Drink lots of water. Limit caffeine and fried fatty foods. Do this and you can donate twice a week. :)
Very professional staff. Is their to address any issue that comes up
Tuesdays and Thursdays are their busiest days.
Their are very nice people that work here!
