Don't get me wrong...this place is terrific. But it's still a notch behind Cafe Spiaggia.
Staff is spotty. Front desk upgraded me to a suite (great), but "thank you" is a phrase that could be more widely acquired. Hotel is nice in that boutique-y kind of way, and quiet.
Great hotel. Attached Primehouse restaurant outstanding. Being right around the corner from Eataly is a big plus.
That this place is great with beer is a statement of the obvious. Food is also top notch, and right on the Square in B-town makes it about perfect. Ahi tacos A+.

This is the best breakfast place in Chicago 'burbs. Makes you realize what a trash joint Egg Harbor is.
Delicious farm-to-table joint. Juices hand pressed & delicious. Only negative is noise...lots of hard, reflective surfaces.

Lunch buffet was nice, and this is a cool old world hotel...heavy classic Brit influence. Don't think I'd lodge here, needs some TLC. But a cool grand dame.
