Barry BloomAbril 18, 2017Our regular stop when in Village to visit relatives. Knock out chicken soup replete with huge matzah ball, carrots, noodles, strips of chicken breast. Better than mom used to make (but not grandma).

Steve TaubAbril 15, 2016Bagels Breakfast and Deli specialties such as lox and herrings. Reminds me of good New York style deli. Pastrami and Corned Beef are especially good. Lots of choices you won't leave hungry!
Tastemaker BlogJulio 25, 2012Best deli on the West Coast for my money. Favorites: Eggs Benedict with lox and deep-fried home fries, BBQ Cod on an egg bagel, cabbage soup, black pastrami reuben, black and white cookie.
So many breakfast served all day options. The cheese blintz with the strawberry jam fit the expected deli style breakfast. Get a couple of mini latkes too.

Saturday brunch way less crowded than Sunday. Large portions, large menu. Also a small counter area if you're in the mood.

And the portions are huge! I had half for lunch and the rest for dinner!
Love the food, but be prepared to wait a long time before a waitress shows up, esp. when it's busy.
Ask for the Zack Special. They won't know what it is but ask anyway.

Get the beautiful fruit cup to accompany your breakfast.- Service seems to get a little worse every time we come. Our order has been messed up on our last two visits. Very slow, too Too bad.
I get the Matzo ball without the soup, cuz I'm a vegi... I mean aquatarian. It's a great deal at $2.50
