Short walk from Wilshire/Western. Great caffeine-free tea that's not made to make you sleepy (brulee mint iced tea). Good coworking spot. Great coffee pedigree (Heart). Parking if you're into that.

The signature drink is a Sincerely Yours Latte, sweetened with cinnamon and honey.
Their QUICHÉ are delectable and delightful!
