I almost ordered something else, but asked the server for a recommendation. He suggested the seafood risotto, and it was exquisite.
The amaebi and ikura were impressively presented, and all the nigiri and rolls were excellent--with the fish flown in fresh daily. My favorite of all was the Firebird roll.
The chile relleno and carnitas combo plate was a great pairing. Both were excellent, just like other reviewers have said.
