    HORRIBLE. They lost a portion of my dress and refused a refund. They accused me of lying about the belt being on the dress when I dropped it off and told me to "relax" when I asked for assistance.

    It is pricey! They gave me a discount coupon I tried to use twice they keep finding excuses to not let me use it.

    Don't go here. Brought bridesmaid dress they assured would be ready for out of state wedding. Waited an hr past agreed time-it was "on the truck."No one even offered a seat. delayed my trip a day.Rude
