Their permanent collection is always interesting for all ages. One of my favorite places to go in New York is their Visible Storage Study Center. I could spend hours there discovering new pieces.
Check out The Dinner Party by Judy Chicago in the Elizabeth A. One of the best museums in all of NYC. Big, clean, beautifully curated, well designed, the whole thing.
First Saturdays are wonderful, and the museum's got a great collection of feminist art. It's a neighborhood institution and one of the best museums in NYC.
