Moroccan tea is a MUST (doesn't need sugar). The veggie or lamb tagin are the way to go. Cozy authentic spot, be prepared for a wait.

One of my fav restaurants. The grilled chicken skewer is delicious and extra yummy with a side of hummus. They have the best falafel I've tried as well. If I'm alone, I'll eat outside and people watch

Get the vegetable tagine, has a lot of flavor and vegetables are perfectly cooked. Moroccan tea without sugar and ask for sugar on the side.

Get a glass of fresh-squeezed OJ, and a side of pickles and hummus to start off. Can't go wrong with the Moroccan Benedict or Goat Cheese Omelette.

Take eggs, minus toast & potatoes, plus humus, harissa, & pita. Middle-eastern meets western brunch surprisingly well. There's a much needed 2nd location in BK as this joint is always causing a cue!

One of our favorite East Village haunts. Sit at the bar, chat up the mix of locals and have one of the best $9 eggs/potatoes/toast/oj/espresso this side of the East River.
