Great lunch specials. Three empanadas and a drink for $7.99. Ask for specials as they sometimes have new items notion the menu.

Caipirinhas + the Al Pastor + the Havana Jerk + the Holy Frijoles + either the King Kong or the Key Lime = the best dinner ever
Havana, holy frijoles, and habanero pork were the favorites at our table. If you go with a group, try them all and split.

Shahrooz ShahandehAbril 19, 2016Honestly the food was superb, however, the hostess with a nose ring on Sat night (3/16) was absolutely horrendous & rude. She turned away at least 12 customers when the place wasn't even that crowded!

We opened in Raleigh North Carolina in September of 2011 and what was once "the little empanada place on the corner" has become one of downtown Raleigh's must stop spots. Choose from 11 varieties of empanadas and up to 70 tequilas and mezcals, plus whatever exotics we have in that week.
