Bjorn L.Agosto 19, 2015Oh wow just every single taco on their mile-long taco menu. The grilled tilapia taco may be my favorite. Breaded shrimp taco also amazing. All amazing. Maybe my favorite restaurant in NYC right now.
The guacamole and margaritas are the bomb and they're part of the happy hour special. The Jamaica Margarita is delicious, but the Tamarind on left me flat. Cash only!

Flynn M.Agosto 30, 2013Um, like, if you give even half a damn about Mexican food come here. Like a suped up La Superior but with the great perk of more seating comfortable for a group. You get tamarind candy in the Michis!
Foxxy BMayo 30, 2017The happy hour is pretty good (2 for 1 margs, half off guac, etc.) but expect the staff to be sticklers about the orders & details. Food is good (the shrimp soup is HOT, guac is bomb). Cash only!

Food is delicious as one would expect from the owners of La Superior & Cantina Royale. Same owner as la superior and just as good / less crowded and grungy. No wait on a Sat night + amazing drinks. 👏

Just rad tacos.- The duck enchiladas (with a delicate mole sauce) are so very good and the shrimp tacos left me wanting more!

Amazing Micheladas. Make sure to ask for a tamarind stick.
