My Favorite gym ever. Easy to spend a whole fitness and wellness day, since everything under one roof. In summer,the sun deck overlooking Hudson River is a must. Great Personal training sessions.

Excellent excellent facility. Everything you could want and more. Boxing classes with Duwaun are intense, hard yet fulfilling and leave you feeling like a champ.

- Best class ever = Joe's hip hop class! It is ridiculously hard dance cardio and super fun!
