Landed at Chicago/Midway @ 6:40 hours. Terminal was practically empty. Was craving 'Nuts on Clark Popcorn'
Illinois bar and grill between terminal A and B has the best chicken fingers
Layover challenge: eat as many chocolate shakes as you can...GO!
The reason I started flying Southwest from Newark to Midway is the flights were empty. People have caught on. Jet Blue to O'hare here I come
Food? Stop at Gold Coast Hot Dogs and get the char Jumbo...good stuff
The mexican style omelet at Illinois Bar & Grill is delicious.

the phone room between security and C concourse is the best place to get some work down while between flights... power and usually quiet.
Explore (concourse B) past pottbelly's...lots more options.

Please fed-ex all children and elderly to your final destination.
They took out the Potbelly and now there’s no good spots for a bite here.

The cell phone lot is a great place to wait if you arrive early for pickup or if a flight is late...
Definitely get a fast pass so you can cut the security line. It's still not as bad as LAX.

If flying Southwest on any B gate before the end of the concourse, get there early because there is horribly inadequate seating.
Do NOT check a bag when flying in here. Bags take years to get to the belt.

Make sure to swing by Reilly's Daughter in the back right of food court for a good pint of Guinness. Ask for Boz and then ask him about all the famous people he knows like Jenny McCarthy.
Manny's in concourse A has the best Rueben Sandwich. Get it!
If you are using the moving walk way please continue to walk.
