J CrowleySeptiembre 13, 2011If you've never taken Kickboxing before, you must! It's 60 mins of the craziest full-body workout. Walked by this place for a year before I finally tried it out - wish I joined earlier.
It's the closest you'll get to death without dying. Killer squat thrusts and lots of planks.... Definitely a full body workout everyone should experience
If you commit yourself to coming 3-4 times a week and you keep a healthy diet, you will see drastic results in two weeks! This place works!
