I waited for service at the Bistro for maybe 5 minutes tops, hotel manager saw me, retrieved help and offered me a complimentary snack! I appreciate the hospitality!

C CSeptiembre 1, 2013front desk ladies were very rude. gave us the wrong room type and then tried to lie and say everything else was booked.
