If you're looking for cheeses, you can't beat Smith Cheese Co.! Great selection, with knowledgeable & friendly staff who will let you try a taste before you buy; a great place to shop.

Faith KestleOctubre 17, 2012The Piping Kettle is the best place for soup in the whole city! Always fresh and tasty! Great service too! If you get their card you can get a free soup after buying so many :)
The Thai place puts fish in their vegetarian items so if you are a true vegetarian be sure to ask for your order to be made vegan!
Salad Bowl. Hasbeans. The Cheese place, The Sauce Shop...okay obviously I have forgotten some of the names of the stores....yet everything in there is pretty cool.
Lots of cool vendors here. Free parking for 2 hours on weekends and 30 minutes during the week.

The sushi restaurant serves excellent, fresh lunch and dinner portions. Not sure what to try? Go a la carte!- Can't go wrong with anything from Chris' Country Cuts! Service, quality, price; locally sourced meat...why would you shop anywhere else??

Saves money, and your health!- lots of yummy places to grab lunch in a rush! Try Tanakaya for the sushi or Bubble Tea - The Salad Bowl for a sandwich wrap or Forrat's Chocolates for some yummy dessert!

Farmers Market Thursdays and Saturdays. Try the scones at Dee's and the levain from The Breadsmith (Penelope). Amazing greens from Dolway Organics. Leer más- Get a Ranchero or Catillac wrap at the Salad Bowl. Wow. Best Ever.....and i hate wraps....
Cupcake Place beside Little Red Roaster cupcakes are AWFUL ... stick to RazzleDazzle on Hamilton road east of Wellington!
Try the Strano's lasagna. Be hungry though. It's a large serving!- Cold veggie spring rolls at Thai Delight! They also have my favourite pad thai in the whole city!
Taylor Sue's has free açai, whey protein, hype energy or ginseng shots between 8-10
Try the home made ice cream and macaroons
Love the bagels at Strano's...they make a delicious western omelette as well!- Check out Tiago's for the best hot sandwiches in the market. The Pork Bifana is simply awesome.

Bliss Specialty FoodsNoviembre 6, 2014You can find Bliss Brunch Bars and Macaroons at Havaris Produce and Sacred Earth Health Foods (both owned by Havaris) and also at the Little Red Roaster Coffeeshop. ALL Open 7 days a week.- Try out the Apple Cinnamon Burek from the Hot Oven. Delicious!
Take home some jam from the YOU kiosk. Good cause, great jam!
