Always has a friendly atmosphere, maybe it's the Christmas lights. Or Canadian flags.

The "all chopped up" salad with chicken is amazing. Also the whiskey pork chops and fish tacos, black eye peas salsa, ...really everything!!! Come here!! Service is amazing!!!
Try the Baja Especial - Pulled Pork, Grits, & Scrambled Eggs, wrap it in the tortilla, and it's the best breakfast burrito ever!

ScoutmobNoviembre 28, 2011The FiDi building that houses Cowgirl Sea-Horse has one hell of a history. Dating back to 1807, it was once a flower market, Radio Mexico, and one of the first on record to be owned by a black man.
Blackened Fish Tacos/Frozen Margaritas/Steak Nachos ... You can't go wrong with any of them!! Delicious food and great service. Happy hour is 2 for 1.
