Worst place to live in Orlando! Never stay there, loud and nosey neighbors who smoke illegal substances! The front desk is run by unprofessional staff, and the property manager never resolves issues!- The rooms have ants and spiders. The rooms also produce mold which requires you to leave your A/C on all day. The rent of $869 is way over priced for what they offer at CVI! Worst place to live in FL!
Just checked this place out. It looks like a cool place to live. It past the Dad test!

Please. Stay somewhere else. I left for the day, came back and my tub and sink had been resurfaced with poisonous fumes. I am currently sleeping in a friends room on the floor! What if no friends?
No Hot Water/No Internet... What is this, the olden days???
