probably favorite ramen spot. really inventive unique off-menu limited combinations (e.g. pumpkin, sweet cream and chocolate)

Some.really nice stretches, both the bamboo coverings midway and the exposed grassland area right at top. Often fully shrouded in fog though so hard to see anything at top.

the 招牌面 is really unique and different mix of savory and sweet. The papaya salad with seafood is also nicely complex layered flavors.
the food is inexplicably fantastic, far exceeds any bar food standards. drinks are solid, though not amazing. service all around excellent.
this is great shop that has some really beautiful wooden and cast iron items that make great additions to a kitchen arsenal for yourself or as gifts
