Dave: Chả cá is fantastic. Mix well with cilantro and peanuts. Don't forget to turn down the flame when the oil starts spattering everywhere.

Dave: Egg coffee's a little weird but definitely worth getting. The egg white sits on top and the coffee stays on the bottom, so mix it up!

Dave: Good fresh spring rolls. Sit on the sidewalk and watch the street life.

Dave: Great pho. Skip the flank steak, stick with the well-done steak.

Dave: Everything is incredible. Though they're not known for them, their fresh spring rolls were the best we've had in Vietnam. Remember not to buy from vendors who walk up to you!

Dave: Get the fish in caramel sauce. If you order a Larue beer and they bring you a glass of ice, don't freak out: it's meant to be drank that way.

Dave: Babylon sandwich is great, so is a coconut honey smoothie

Dave: Make a reservation! Even for 9PM on a weeknight!

Dave: Really fantastic! Can get messy, though — bring your own napkins.

Dave: Happy hour: 3 for 2 from 4:30 to 7. Nice place to watch the sunset.
