Carla OliveiraAgosto 3, 2014Liz is the best consultant ever. The dress I liked was over 10 sizes bigger than mine and they clipped the back all the way so I could fit on it. LOVED. Ordered my size and got it in 7 days. PERFECT!!
Some of the people are great (Patrick). The others are incompetent. Make you wait 30-40 mins after your appt time and then get everything all wrong. Love hearing the words "I can't find...."

As both a bridesmaid and a #bride, I have had nothing less than stellar service here. Don't let the bad yelp reviews throw you off. If you get Adenike as your sales person, you are a lucky girl.
Sarah🐾Abril 13, 2012make sure the greeter/hostess puts your name on the list. otherwise you're gonna wait till the next ice age to be called. the wait is always obnoxiously long, appointment or no appointment.

KarenMarzo 13, 2017The staff are incompetent. They blame the warehouse for the horrible wrinkles, but dresses arrive, folded into boxes. FYI - There's complimentary steaming for all dresses, only told us after we asked.
