You can't go wrong with any of the meats. Also, the desserts are delightful, and the atmosphere is amazing. Definitely among my top 5 restaurants in NYC.

Chic with a great atmosphere. Our recommendations: the Louisiane sausage and the Tunisienne on a bun with mint yogurt. Main dish? The steak frites & the lamb duo are spectacular.

Skip the wait at Peels and come here for a lip-smackingly good brunch. Le Bucheron is a favorite. They have 14 varieties of house-made sausage for you meat lovers.

A bit pricey for what's, at the end of the day, just pub food. Still good for a group date or dinner with friends, or after work drinks.

Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud's downtown spot serves pork-belly-topped burgers and great sausages (try the blood and pig's head sausage) with an extensive beer list (24 on tap and 63 bottled). Leer más

Can get a bit loud and the ambience is definitely lively and rowdy. Food is overall great, the sausages are why you come here though.

Incredible food, the best and most generous raw bar on the east coast. Everything is good, and the deserts, made by a staff of four, in the East Village, at East Village prices, this place rocks. Leer más

His place is great. 'The piggie' burger is one of the best I've tried. Good oysters and steak tartar too.

Don't miss the charcuterie here, especially the country style pate. The DBGB dog is a dirty water dog, all grown up, and their fries are first rate: almost like the ones at the Golden Arches!

The menu offers an up-to-the-minute snapshot of what young New Yorkers crave right now. Sausages—from hot dogs to classically rich boudin noir—are a draw, as are the burgers.

Go for brunch and add a couple eggs to your favorite sausage (I like the Viennoise, with baked-in cheese, like a high-end FrankenStuff). And try the Beery Mary.

This place is a festival of bros in untucked button-downs. So it's appropriate that the menu is all about sausage. And it's damn good -- especially the Vermont and the Korean.
