Colwin BocasanDiciembre 29, 2010If you're staying in a hotel call them to find out which side, east (blue) west (red), their shuttle picks up. Not all hotels pick up on both sides!!
Get the breakfast burrito smothered w/green chili from Mesa Verde
Best time to travel so far. No waiting at ticket check in and security.
Stand 5 feet back from the baggage claim until you actually see your bag. Fellow travelers will appreciate it.
Pre-chek on south side security (west side, not east) is excellent!!

If your flight is delayed pick up a good book from Hudson Books on the C concourse they have the airports friendliest staff.
Consider singing up for Clear and TSA pre check - it will save you hours of security line waiting over the course of a year.
United runs a good operation. My preference in connections back East vs. ORD.
Check out La Casita behind the McDonalds in Concourse C. Large burritos for a reasonable price, and 4 delicious churros for $1.25.
Clara MarieMayo 13, 2012Get there EARLY. If you arnt use to the system, this airport is one of the most confusing airports in the world with extremely long lines.
Loving the large airy concourses. Not loving the people who block my way on the moving carpets.
Remember: the bathrooms are also tornado shelters!
Most everything closes around 9 or 10pm. Unfortunate for night owls like myself.
- In the grand scheme of airports this one's pretty good. Security sucks if you don't have TSA-Pre and baggage claim is slow. Other than that better than most.
The Denver ChopHouse is in the middle of terminal A. Best bloody Mary's EVER!!!
Remember. The winds in the city make it seem like your plane is going to crash. Let good thoughts be your sword and shield.

Remember to open ur browser and accept terms/conditions so that u can use WIFI to it's fullest...

Vadim AstapovichSeptiembre 17, 2014The food court is before security, don't go to concourse if you plan to eat, or you'll end up in macdonalds, at least in concourse C.
If you're parked in Pikes Peak or Elbert exit the terminal on the East side to avoid extra wait time on the parking shuttle buses
Hands down my favorite airport. So easy to navigate.
Very efficient security process. If you don't understand trains, you're in trouble.
Make sure you take a look at the Sam Flores murals up in the main terminal by the train!
Have a cup of coffee, check your email and watch a little Sports Center. Wonderful volunteer staff!!!!
Don't look Bluecifwe in the eyes. Check out the pics at there "I am afraid of the big blue horse at DIA" facebook group.

If you are taking a shuttle and have to check bags on west side you need an extra 10 minutes with the traffic flow
