Staff is the best, specially Hugo he is very kind. Stongly reccomend!- My favorite hotel in New York! Close enough to Times Square but not too close so you still get some peace and quiet. Also, it has the friendliest staff who is always willing to help!
Try the Hot Cocoa in the Reception - it is incredible! We looked forward to a cup every night after a busy day in the city!
