Dave McKenzieAgosto 29, 2014Great staff. Business friendly, and catering was exceptional! Bistro staff and bartenders are very welcoming. (Even when your teams playing their Bengals!)- Late night staff is very helpful and friendly but overall staff has issues keeping things straight and following through on their services. I travel every week and I rate it high for location and room
- Go to The Bistro and have India make you an old fashioned. It’s one of the main reasons I stay at this hotel when I’m in Cincy.
Vladimir AbramovMarzo 1, 2014My second stay in the past two months here, and I love it. Friendly staff, great rooms and delicious breakfast- Not highly recommended. Rooms are very nice but housekeeping starts knocking on your door by 7AM and morning and afternoon customer service at the front desk could use some training.

I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year and this hotel has the best staff by far.
Very accommodating staff. I always enjoy staying here while in town for business.- I rate it very low for kind courteous helpful staff. Will not be returning to this particular property EVER.
