Do not rent a car prior your visit if you are landing on Terminal 2. Almost all car rental companies are located in Terminal 1. It costs 40 AED from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 by cab.

If you are flying economy, the Marhaba lounges are a good alternative to the business lounges. Access costs 175 DHS and includes a buffet.

When waiting in line for a taxi, insist on using regular taxis. Sometimes the coordinator might direct to use more expensive options (limousine or pink taxis). Refuse if you don't want to pay extra.

Free wifi for a short period.Terminal 3 has restaurants,if you want find out more on T2 which has done more options.Limited charging stations for your devices.Good architecture.

If you're lucky enough to be traveling First Class on Emirates, prepare yourself to be amazed by the First Class Lounge at Terminal 3 (and disappointed by every other airport lounge in the world).

If you have an overnight layover, stay in the Dubai International Hotel - directly in the Terminal! Expect about $200/night.

if you're flying Emirates and have an over 4 hour transfer, you can get a free meal voucher near gate A8 at the Emirates desk!

If you fly with Emirates and have a long connection time you can go the the Emirates counter in Terminal B and ask for free meal voucher.

If you have a long layover and your gate is in terminal 2, do not go til closer to your flight time. It is very small and I regret coming here as soon as I did!

To busy, if airplane doesn't connect on an passenger boarding bridges than very long transfer with busses ( 30min)minimum. Emirates longe very good

If you pay $8 for 30 mins of wifi in the business centre (5th floor) the signal is strong enough to carry on using it all over the airport 😉

When you go to immigration at terminal 3, u need to take a ride on BUS elevator, it is elevator but looks bus.
