An excellent stop for fans of Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen. One highlight is the Porsche 928 prototype built with the body of a C1 Audi Coupe S.
This museum has an interesting collection of automobiles built under the Eastern Bloc. Most were built in the region by seized ex-Auto Union factories or are pre-war including Wanderer & DKW.
Off site from Autostadt, this museum is worth the side trip and includes prototypes as well as significant production number cars.
Make sure to check out the Traffic Section to find an Auto Union Type C. For many years, this was the only known example of the Auto Union silver arrows to survive the war.
