Amazing hotel, slowest valet service ever, great private beach and excellent staff. Oh, lobby bar is great for a nightcap. And yeah, goes without saying, ocean tower w balcony is best, 15th floor & up

FYI they charge you for water.- This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The service is across the board excellent. Highly recommend getting an ocean view room with balcony!

Count how many celebrities you see sitting in the bar/lobby area. And ask yourself if it's the vodka drinks that makes you forget there names (there's that one guy from that one show)

Francisco GonzalezAgosto 24, 2014Worst hotel experience I had in years. Everything is overpriced and you feel like if you had paid for a 2 star hotel. Service is incredibly bad. I strongly recommend to stay away from this hotel!!
The lobby bar at night is a good spot for a bourbon and people watching.
