I love how clean this gym is - you'll see a staff member cleaning every time you're here.
Do chest on any other day besides Monday. Everyone does chest on Monday and you can wait up to a half an hour for the bench.
Gym Tip 101 -- stop spraying cologne and perfume on yourself in the damn Gym! Try deodorant or deal with sweat. We're trying to breath in here for cardio, not lose oxygen to your stinky spray!!
Please sanitize your machines when you're done sweating all over them! :)
don't get swindled by muscular marvins $88 down and $15/mo crap. tell them you got a phone call offering $40 down and $10/mo and you're good to go
Clean the equipment off when your done using it, please.
