Edward CEnero 25, 2011Fuji Sushi is really good, if you're into western-style rolls which are heavy on the rice, mayo and sauces. Overall, quality is decent and prices are fair.
Lunch specials are great under 11 bucks for a bento box

Try the purple rice instead of white rice on any of your rolls! It is a healthier alternative!

Try the Polar Bear roll. Super yummy!
