I do not understand how a group of smart people with lots of resources decided that this was the best way to design an airport.

Nick KenkelEnero 11, 2015Terrible airport. Bags took an extra 90 minutes to "land". Taxi driver pretended not to know where hotels next to airport were, got lost, and stole himself an extra $5 tip refusing to give change.
There is free wifi with boingo boingo for 45 mins. But it doesn't connect. And the #united merger w cont. epic fail on customer service.

Seating in waiting area sucks.Also there if nobody to answer questions after 7pm.all the airlines desk are closed.on a scale of 1- 10 this place gets a 4

The real food area in terminal c is the best food in iah
Terminal C has sushi at "Real Food". Seems to be the only place I can find that has Sushi here.
Worst airport in the world, except maybe ATL... you spend more time running into people turning back for a second look at the idiotic signage than you do at the gate...all stairs. No windows
