Excellent omakase. To snag bar seat, queue up ~30 min before opening. There are 3 sushi bar seatings: 5, 6:30, 8:30. Then go nearby for drinks & wait for a text. 🍣
Only ever order the tasting menu. Sit at the counter if you can. If they offer you specials, always say yes. Trust them implicitly and you'll have one of the best meals of your life.
