    Best services by far I've been to in the uk in a long long time. Let's hope it stays that way. Only other services I would recommend would be Tebay services on M6

    I never thought I'd rate a motorway service station but this is so unexpected: a fine building, sensitively fitting into the landscape, so different to the grim, grimy places one has to put up with.

    Loads of great food and nik-naks, the most amazing sausages, and good Christmas decorations. Not all service stations are created equal.
