It's one of those places that you go to the counter to order and then they bring you your food: salad, appetizer, main course all at once.
I don't remember the number, but it was medium bowl, beef and bubble tripe, and it filing and delicious. I need to go back and try the tendon next.
Out was a lot better than the last time I remember. Crispy Smokey bacon and pecan waffles.
