Some of their stationary bikes are designed in such a way that made you feel like you are biking along with other virtual bikers. I thought that was pretty cool.- The instructor is great but she will not go easy on her students at all. Be prepared to spend the entire 60 minutes lifting those weights while moving vigorously with the music. Very intense!
Classes are always booked here. I would rather go to Herndon Clocktower, even though its not nearly as nice/new. People in Herndon are cooler and you always have a spot on a bike.
Leave your Cell Phone in your Gym Bag. If you absolutely have to take a call...be courteous to others and take it outside. We came here to W/O NOT listen to your stupid ass inconsiderate jabbering!- A clean and quiet pool with several lap lanes. However, they don't have a lifeguard there so swim at your own risk or take someone who knows how to swim with you.
BEWARE!!!! Soccer moms & steroid men that work out here cannot park. This is the second time I haven't been Able to leave bc someone parked too close to my car.
It's getting annoying how few people bother to put weights back in the right place. This is starting to feel more like the Tyson's Corner Golds every day.
Clean Locker Rooms and Lots of Machines. Great Gym- If you want those abs to show ...think more about pushing yourself away from the table. All the abdominal routines don't mean a thing if your FAT!
- Guys for a Natural Testosterone Booster try Heavy Leg Training. Squats will make you grow!
- Unless you want your shit thrown out , rummaged through or possibly stolen (if your stupid enough to leave it in an UNLOCKED locker) bring a lock or leave it in your car.
Mike PalmtreeFebrero 18, 2011Went for the boxing equipment.. but it was all beat up. Holes in the punching bags, speedbag wasn't sturdy; couldn't use it, some of the rings on top of the bags are completely ripped off. Not good, G
