BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones & strengthens your entire body. Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by those who love it, it’s one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts & curls. The key to Bodyrump is The Rep Effect, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements w/ low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength & introduce lean body muscle conditioning. With the latest chart topping music, highly trained instructors & your choice of weight, get the results you are looking for – & fast!
Bodyflow
Bodyflow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility & strength & leaves you feeling centered & calm. Controlled breathing, concentration & a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony & balance.
Sh’Bam
Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, Sh’bam™ is the perfect way to shape up & let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed & modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun & sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute Sh’bam class is vibrant, unique & varied
Trx
Born in the Navy SEALS, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility & core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly effective training tool that leverages gravity & the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. Sign up at front desk required. Only 11 spots available per class.
Step & Sculpt
This easy to do step class uses very basic step moves while using resistance bands & handweights for the first module. Burn calories from the lower body movement while the upper body becomes tone & firm. Great music, simple to follow & never a boring moment!
Havoc™
Havoc is a total body conditioning workout. It is based off of sports conditioning & track & field concepts. Each class is developed w/ H.I.I.T. training in mind (High Intensity Interval Training) . You will experience long bursts of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest! Accept the challenge!
Thai Boxing
This instructional class is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along w/ various clinching techniques. This sport is referred to as the “Art of the Eight Limbs” as it combines punches, kicks, elbows & knee strikes (8 points of contact) .
Rpm
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain w/ your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, & interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat & burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the Les Mills programs, a new RPM class is released every three months w/ new music & choreography.
Bodycombat
Bodycombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts & draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi & muay thai. Supported by driving music & powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick & kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Zumba
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin & international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit & their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective & totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Yoga/Hatha Yoga/Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha yoga is a somewhat slow-paced stretching class w/ some simple breathing exercises & perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, & become comfortable w/ yoga. Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together & become like a dance.
Chisel
A remarkable 45 minute power class w/ exercises that will shape arms, shoulders, abs, chest, glutes & legs. Dumbbells, barbells, mats are used & is based on physical therapy & personal training exercise principles. Think of it as "freeweights" to the extreme. All fitness levels are welcome.
Core Reaction
This exclusive Gold’s Gym Mukilteo class focuses on creating strength, definition & firming of the central core muscles, including abs, obliques, spinal erector & glutes. Taught by certified Personal Trainers.
Bootcamp
Boot Camp classes combine intervals of drills, jumps & muscle conditioning exercises to improve heart function & fat. You can burn 400 – 500 calories in a single class. Fun & effective. Think of it as PE for grown ups.
Power Sculpt
This class uses all the tools including handweights, barbells & resistance tubes to create an intense muscle toning regimen. Suitable for all fitness levels & definitely motivating! Kill the couch potato in you w/ this energetic class.

Childcare
We care for children from the ages of 3 months through age 11! It is required that you remain in the facility while your child is in the Kid’s Club! We have a separate nursery for the young ones until they are physically able to play safely w/ the group care.
Due to the possibility of food allergies, we do not allow food in the Kid’s Club. However, they are allowed to have a sippy cup or bottle that is labeled & left in a cubby. Parents are responsible for diaper changing & toilet use. Children must also wear shoes at all times while they are in the Kid’s Club.
Tanning Rooms
We offer three power levels of tanning beds/booths
Level 2 beds are Medium pressure beds. They have full UVA & UVB exposure throughout the body bulbs & a lower pressure UVA exposure in the facial bulbs making skin damage less likely. This bulb creates a deeper tan that will last much longer than the Level 1 bed. Recommended 4-5 sessions to achieve a good base.
Level 1 beds are conventional beds. They have full UVA & UVB exposure. It will not penetrate the skin as much as the Medium or High pressure beds. This bed is good for individuals looking to get a base before going into the sun. Recommended 5-6 sessions to get a good base.
Level 3 beds are our High Pressure beds. They have a lower UVA & UVB exposure, creating a safer tan on the body & face. This bulb will give you the longest lasting tan & is very suitable for people looking to get a base tan for natural sunlight.
Juice Bar
