Great gym and when you look around there is PLENTY of motivation. My only complaint is this place is dirty compared to other gyms
Martha's Yoga rocks my world. Will miss her while she is out on maternity leave. In the meantime, Rachel's Yoga is a good filler and gets you sweating.
Sauna in the women's locker room was colder tonight than the actual locker room!
If you haven't tried one of the classes, check them out. Good workout and a lot of fun. They have great instructors!
Its nowhere near as good as my normal high intensity zumba class but it was good for beginners- Adrian I am catching up with you buddy! Gold's gym instructors are up for friendly competition!lol.
