Don't eat at the chinese place in Grand Central Station. There is a reason there is no line.
Don't take the shuttle or 7 late hours. They don't run often (the shuttle stops @ midnight). Just walk, it will get you there faster.

If your coming from uptown get in the 2nd car from the back of train, 1st door...leaves your right @ stairs, otherwise good luck in the clusterf#*k

Buy a beer from the carts on the platform; best prices in town and make the ride more fun,- There is also a hole in the ceiling that was made to accommodate the tip of an American Redstone missile. Try to find it ;)

technically not open 24 hours - metro north and central chamber don't open til 5:15am...

Gotta love the fresh coffee served up at station house. I wish.

donny wongFebrero 17, 2011check out the oyster bar(restaurant) in the basement floor! reasonal price for bargans!- Air Conditioning on a subway platform. If you're waiting for the downtown 4/5/6 train, stand by the stairs near the uptown end of the platform by the air conditioning vents.
