todo muy bien, el servicio del valet un poco mediocre pero todo lo demas muy bien, albercas calefactadas y playa muy agusto, cuartos amplios y comodos y en si todo el hotel muy bien ambientado...

Cuidado cada mojito cuesta 200 pesos si te descuidas te puede llegar un cuenton loco.- Cuidado con todos los cargos extras porque si te descuidas te super atoran con lo que pueda.

- The hotel definitely lived up to the expectations. Superb location right on the beach, exceptional service, and fantastic food.
Excellent facility and great service with two tennis courts if you can play first thing in the morning.
The service down by the beach is great!! Just pull the little blue flag on your lounge chair up so it can be seen and someone will be at your service in what seems like seconds!!
On the positive side, the f&b staff were exceptionally friendly and delivered excellent service. Try the Frozen margaritas! Delicious. Also ask for a little Ritz Carlton flag for the back of your lounger to signal when a refill is needed!

Dinner at Fantino was amazing. Service was impeccable and food was to die for. What a memorable evening!
Don't be fooled by the unassuming terrace cafe. The food is delicious and the service is beyond compare

Dinner at Fantino is a must! Also try and get the casitas one night - the private dining is outstanding!
- A little disappointed with internal communications - requests were not carried out and had to be repeatedly followed up. Plus the small things were repeatedly missed i.e. Complimentary newspaper etc

Blown away by the service, attention to detail - and Club is amazing!!- The club concierge staff made every moment special. You MUST dine at Fantino at least once during your stay. Fantastic.
