Very nice hotel staff is spectacular bar restaurant lobby are all exceptional rooms are great everything seems very new and very well maintained strongly recommend this hotel

대중교통 타기에 좋은 위치지만 위생 관리가 미흡해요. 직원이 허락 없이 문을 연 적도 있으니 방에 있을 때는 잠금 장치 필수! Make sure to lock the safetylock when you stay in not to experience the unexpected door open by hotel workers not housekeepers.

They never clean my bathroom the entire 5 days I was there. And, until I posted it on Twitter with pictures they didn't even try to respond.

expensive hotel. The bathroom was the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in. It was long black hairs on the shower wall and the floor was filthy. Ugh.

Only 2of 4 elevators work since I arrived 4 days ago. Crammed in like sardines in am and pm.

Bathroom dirty. I've never had to tell an expensive hotel to get someone in to clean the bathroom. Hairs in the shower, crap on the floor. Disgusting.

Avoid the lobster & tomato salad. Too much mayonaise dressing with tarragon! It is an expensive, nasty mess.
